FP command questions

If I set up a coordinator to use indirect transmission and then use a FP command at an end device:

  1. How long does it take for the coordinator to send a message in response to a FP request from the end device?Are we talking a few milliseconds?

  2. If an application is using API mode 2 and sends a serial API packet to the coordinator to be picked up by an end device using FP, how does the application know when the message has actually been delivered to the end device?
