FREETALK Everyone HD webcam - AnywhereUSB

Hi

I’m trying to use a FREETALK Everyone HD Webcam (purchased from Skype’s on-line shop) over USBAnywhere but I am having difficulties.

The webcam works if I connect it directly to the PC, and I have tested the webcam using the “Anywhere USB Check Utility” that says it is compatible.

Yet trying to use it over Anywhere USB I cannot get it to work, I keep getting the error symbol (little exclamation mark).

The webcam does not have a built in mic, as I read in another post could stop the cam working.

Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Most USB video devices are incompatible with the AnywhereUSB.

The only kind of USB cameras that are compatible with the AnywhereUSB (that we’re aware of, at least) are the Digi Watchport cameras, such as the Watchport/V, Watchport/V2, or Watchport/V3.
