i have the digi neo serial port. when i try to install the software on my computer it wont let me.
my computer is vista, is it compatible with vista or am i doing something wrong
if im doing it wrong can someone give me some intructions
The Digi Neo is supported under Windows Vista. Before we can tell if you are doing something wrong, can you provide the steps you are taking to install the card? Also, are you receiving any specific error messages during the installation process?
Only newer versions of the Windows driver support Vista. Which driver version are you trying to install?
