I am getting an Authenication error (see screenshot below) when I try to set up a new account in the Android Digi ConnectCore Quick Setup App v 1.1.0.
I have tried to email support as it suggests in the app at ‘connectcore-gsg@digi.com’ but the email has bounced back as undelivered.
Can anyone help with how to overcome this error or how I can contat digi support to get help from them?

I am also facing a TrustFailure error when I try to create an account using the digi ConnectCore app. The error message says:
Create Account Error
Could not create new account: Error: TrustFailure (Authentication failed, see inner exception.)
