How do I recover password on my PortServer

I forgot root password to my PortServer. Is there a ‘back door’ to recover password?

If the default password was changed and is lost or cannot be remembered, you will need to reset the PortServer to factory defaults.
NOTE: The Configuration Guide on the CD or on Digi’s web site will have further instructions on how this is done.

you can hold down the two arrow keys on the front of your unit at the same time when the power is off, turn the power on, still holding down BOTH arrow keys at the same time. Keep them held down for 20-30 seconds then release.

At this point the portserver will be reset and you can access the root login with the default factory user id and password
