How to Retrieve a file from FTP Server and send to local machine(Client)

Hi,
Can anybody help me to retrieve file from Digi FTP server and send the file as it is to the local machine(Client) that is accessing the Digi FTP server.Any example available?I’m working on Net+OS Digi Connect ME environment.Any help would be appreciated.
