TransPort WR44 is configured as a Modbus TCP to Modbus RTU converter through ASY0. Terminal device (modbus slave is connected to serial port on WR44) has a fixed configuration for serial port - 8N2 (8 data bits, no parity, 2 stop bits). Closest configuration on WR44 is 8N1. According to knowlegde base WR44 should adjust serial port configuration depending on the requests, but in this case router acts as a modbus master - initiates communication. Hence, it uses selected configuration 8N1 and terminal device fails to recognize it. Is there a way to change number of stop bits to 2?
