I am working on MQQT project, for the completion of my project I want some examples of examining the function of MQQT through Zigbee / Xbee system? Moreover, I want to interface it with PIC16F877A.

I am sorry but Digi does not have any examples of how to implement MQTT over Zigbee. You may need to do some research to figure out how to do that.
