I have a port server ts 16 and already success configured. But when a port is set as a printer, the job is just half printed(about 20 lines). I tested the memory with the Hardware Diagnostics Menu but it is supposed to be ok.
Is the configuration have a seting to help me?
There is no setting that would make the TS only print half a print job. More than likely its a flow control issue or problem with the spooler.
Try printing directly to the printer device as opposed to going through your print spooler. Do you get the same behavior? This will help to narrow it down a bit.
