Random Wifi shut off on ConnectCore6

Hello,
We integrated a ConnectCore6 in our product. And from time to times the Wifi would not start, and I couldn’t find any way to get it to start properly without restarting the whole product.
We have a linux 4.16, and below is an extract of the kernel log when the problem occurs.
Any thoughts ?

Best regards,

dmesg
