Hi,i am interfacing rcm5600w with LCD JHD204a and facing a problem that when voltage is greater than 3.3V i found garbage values on LCD
and while running on 3.3V intensity of LCD is very low and as rabbit board is running on 3.3V.Required voltage for LCD is 5V. Any suggestion??
The 3.3V signals from the RCM5700 can drive the JHD204a. The only time you will need an interface IC is if you want to read data back from the JHD204a. Grounding the R/W signal forces the unit so that it will accept commands but you will not be able to read from it.
