Realport 40002086-09_h.src.rpm suse 9.1 "couldn't register node 1"

Hi,

im using a digi one sp and installed the realport on suse 9.1 (gcc 3.3.3 (SuSE Linux)) (Kernel 2.6.5-7.111-default) like.

  1. rpm -iv 40002086_h.src.rpm
  2. cd /usr/src/packages/SPECS
  3. rpmbuild -bi dgrp-1.7.spec
  4. rpmbuild -bb dgrp-1.7.spec
  5. cd …/RPMS/i586/
  6. rpm -iv dgrp-1.7-1.i586.rpm

then i started dgrp_gui
with add i added the digi on sp
RealPort ID: 1
IP: 141.60.120.51
Number of Ports: 1
.
.

commiting
dgrp_cfg_node init -v -v -e never 1 141.60.120.51 1
ends with
dgrp_cfg_node: double checking the addition of 1 ERROR: couldn’t register node 1.

any ideas ??

I’m not exactly sure what might be causing that error. Best thing to do to get that looked at would be to call Technical Support at 952-912-3456, or open an online support request:
