During collecting data over virtual Realport port from Connect WAN3G we figured out that Realport cuts out a chunk of data in one of the 100 packages sent. All other packages are good. That “special” package was send out as 548 bytes from a meter but went out of a Realport port in much less size. The original package included seventy six “FF” bytes which were cut off with some extra bytes. WAN 3G has the latest POST and FW and the latest version of the Realport installed. I tried different port network profiles in Realport - same result. Any suggestions?
Ensure the serial port profile is set to RealPort.
Also, look at your parity settings. FF can be interpreted as a parity delimiter.
