Sensor Problem

XBee & XBee Gateway XBee - Zigbee

I have a :

Xbee Sensor
ZB Bat /L/T/H

loaded with :
XB24-ZB_2464.ebl XBee Sensor Adapter 2464

I have is set to send samples every 2 seconds, i receive the following:

7E 00 1A 91 00 13 A2 00 40 3C CC 98
13 4B E8 E8 00 92 C1 05 01 01 08 0E
80 08 00 00 00 B3

breaking this up a bit
i have marked what i expect to be the sample,

7E 00 1A 91 00 13 A2 00 40 3C CC 98 13 4B E8 E8 00 92 C1 05 01 01 08 SAMPLE(0E 80 08 00 00 00) B3

The problem is this never changes ever?
even if i cover the sensor!

Have is set something wrong?

The ADC reading seems to be wrong. Convert the ADC reading to unit value by the following formula-
Temperature:
temp_C = (mVanalog - 500.0)/ 10.0
mVanalog = (ADC2/1023.0) * 1200
Humidity:
hum = (((mVanalog * 108.2 / 33.2) / 5000 - 0.16) / 0.0062)
mVanalog = (ADC3/1023.0) * 1200
Light:
brightness = (ADC1) /1023.0) * 1200
