Is there any suggested board layout for 177 PFBGA housing? Is 0.35mm enought as solder land diameter?
I eclosed the NS7520 solder reflow recommendation.
Could you please post the link for the Xilinx BGA layout? I am attaching some information I have found. It would nice if we could get the layout for the NS7520 development board or a reference design.
Thanks, but this solder recommondation contains no layout suggestions. I got some xilinx layout recommondations for some similar housings so i will try this out.
