There seem to be many “solutions” to this but they, unfortunately, don’t work for me.
I have an Anker 7-in-1 USB c hub plugged into a laptop. I have a keyboard connected to it (USB 2.0 keyboard with USB 3.0 port) and every time I start the computer I get the “unknown device descriptor request failed” and code 43 error. If I reconnect the device it solves the problem and the keyboard is identified again with industrial epoxy flooring toronto. So every time I start my laptop I have to replug the keyboard. The keyboard works fine with the laptop USB port but not with the hub’s ports. The port should be fine, tried another keyboard and mouse and they work fine.
