Unused Pins in Connect EM module

In one of our applications using Connect EM module some of the pins are not used.
The unused pins are Pin6- DTR/GPIO-5; Pin8-DCD/GPIO-1/SPI_EN; Pin9-DSR/GPIO-3; Pin10-/RST

What to do with these unused pins?
a) Leave unconnected (b)Pull up to Vcc (c) Connect to Ground

Shall we leave unconnected.

Any unused pins can be left floating. I.E. if you wanted to, you could leave everything floating but Vcc and GND.
