Hi all,
I am trying to repair a Z-World BL1000, sold in its original life as the SBC220 “Tiny Giant”. My unit is marked SBC220D. It runs a legacy controller and died after an overvoltage event on the supply.
Two things I cannot find anywhere, and I am hoping someone here still has them on a shelf:
- The BL1000 schematic. The published manual 019-0012 rev C lists a schematic page in its table of contents, but the sheet is not in the PDF. Earlier printed revisions apparently included it. A photo or scan would be enough.
- Anything at all about the three PALCE16V8Q devices at U5, U6 and U7 — JEDEC fuse maps if anyone ever archived them, or failing that, just the pin assignments with signal names. The manual documents the full I/O map and the memory size jumpers, so with the pinout I can write equivalent equations for ATF16V8 replacements.
If anyone has a dead or surplus BL1000, SBC220, or a Developer’s Kit with paper documentation, I am also interested in buying it.
For reference in case it helps anyone else searching: SBC200 became BL1100 (Little Giant) and SBC220 became BL1000 (Tiny Giant) — which is why searching the old part numbers returns nothing.
Thanks,
Mikhail
