I have an XBee/Arduino device that was working fine for weeks and then stopped registering with the cell network (no communication, and pin 15 just stays high, instead of flashing.) Another device with the same kind of XBee, same kind of SIM, same kind of Arduino, continues to work fine, so it doesn’t seem to be a network issue, and bringing the device back to the lab where there is known good coverage does not help either. When I view the debug output from the Arduino, the code seems to be working properly. When I put the XBee on a Digi dev board and use XCTU, it seems to behave normally and all the settings appear correct. I updated the firmware from 1007 to 1008, which includes a hardware reset, but that does not help either. What might be going on? What else can I try for troubleshooting this? Thank you.
What is the AP and CI reporting?
What happens when you restore the module to defaults and try to connect to the elisa server or the loop back server?
What is the SN set to?
AP=1, CI=FF, SN=1
After restoring defaults and following instructions in User Guide for Eliza server and Echo server, I get no response from either server.
