I can set up three XBee in transparent mode with one Coordinator and two End devices. They can send back in forth in the display console with no problem. When I disconnect it and connect it to an Ardunio board. They stop talking. Disconnect it from the Ardunio and connect it back to XCTU and the setting are all changed. Will no longer talk to the Coordinator. One time it changes the channel, other times it changes Destination High or Destination low. This makes no sense. I am not sending AT commands or using API. What would cause this. I used these exact same Xbee and Ardunio boards last year and they worked. Now they don’t. Please help…
Try restoring the XBee modules firmware to default settings using the ATRE, WR commands. You most likely enabled the Association functions which could change the channel and the address function.
