So somehow one modem stopped working… but this other one is.

I took a screenshot of the rare time it detected the modem and how I set it up.

The problem is all the series has is “ZNET 2.5” while the S2B Wi-Fi has “ZIGBEE”.

Yep, that’s the problem. However, you are in the wrong forum. This is for XBee Wi-Fi and your modules are ZigBee. This is the right place.
