XCTU failed at start

Hi everyone,
When i try to start X-CTU, a pop up box with error appear showing the .log path file.
below the text:

Hi Diegoe, Thanks for your help:

  • The last one for windows posted (6.5.1 x86/x64)
  • Windows 7 PRO SP1 32b
  • I cannot attach the file and its size is too large to transcribe it in full here.
    I add that after the installation, the soft started only once but after closing it, it could never again.
    I have noticed that the previous version: 6.3.8 Build ID: 20170518-2, was not automatically uninstalled and is still functional.

The issue was solved executing it like administrator.
