Will the Rabbit modules that support miniSD cards support the larger capacity cards? I understand 8 GB cards are available.

I am using the RCM 3900 currently, and on its data sheet it says it can use up to a 1gb miniSD card.
However, I have a 2 gb miniSD card. I am going to try to use that and hope that I can just format just 1 gb of it instead of purchasing another
