Access to support portal?

Could you provide more info on accessing the support portal, please? I’m using the Digi Base support service at this time, not the expert or professional services.

As I indicated, the link for support:
https://mydigi.secure.force.com/customers/
does not seem to work.

Has the support link been updated?

Base support does not have access to the support portal. You do have the ability to send emails back and forth instead. The email address is tech.support@digi.com
