We sold your Digi ONE TS PortServer PN:(1P)50000837-01 R to a customer several years ago. They have recently contacted me for help with this device. They don’t have any manuals or software for it. How can I access the device through my computer to view the device setup? Do I need your software to do this? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Since this product is a PortServer TS, you should be able to gain access into the device from a web browser by typing in the IP address of the unit into the address bar. From there, you can configure the device and check the current settings of the box.
