analog signal transmission when connection lost

Hey guys,

I need some help: I’m transmitting 2 analogues (coded) signals with an xbee series 1. I have to power the transmitter with a batterie. When the connection between the xbees is lost (due empty batterie for example), the receiving xbee gives out a signal, which must’nt be in my case. Is there any possibility to configure the receiver that there is no signal output if connection lost?

What you are saying is not possible. The XBee modules do not have the capability of sending data out the UART unless it was received over the RF port from another XBee module.
