We have an application that requires us to develop a DNP3 driver.
Our platform is the RCM6700 , on DC10.70.
We will be interfacing via TCP/IP and RS-485, with us pushing data to the DNP3 server.
Are there DNP3 libraries even of payment?

Sorry, there are no DNP3 drivers in Dynamic C. You will need to write your own.
