Any one use the BL4S100 out0 to control a relay turn on and off? I use a relay(DC24V), the out0 could not turn on or off the relay,maybe the power is low level, any suggestions?

You need to provide an external power supply, up to 36V. See details in the user manual, section 3.2.2. These are sinking digital outputs. They can each sink 200 mA of current.
