EA kit comes with Digi Embedded Linux or Win CE or TimeSys Linux… in all you will be getting an eclipse based ESP on which yiou can build uboot/kernel/rootfs and all

i have seen other two.
For Win CE you need Microsoft Visual Studio and is coming with the KIT.
For Digi Embedded Linux Eclipse based ESP
