Can "Digi XBee SX 868 RF Module" be configure for India?

Hi Team,
We, General Aeronautics, are manufacture of Agricultural Hexa-copters from India, want use Digi XBee SX 868 RF Module for our application. By going through the specification, we understood that the module is currently configured for Europe.
We would like to know whether it can be configured for India (865MHz) [unlicensed band in India]?

As far as I can recall you can by adjusting the CM command.
