Can GPIO Pins be active High when the Xbee modules sleep?

When an XBee module sleeps, what happens to GPIO Pins that have been set to an active state such as Digital High or Analog out? Can digital pins sink current when the unit sleeps?

The lines remain at their last state before it was cycled to a sleep state.

Not sure where you are getting Analog Out. The XBee modules support GPDIO, PWM and Analog to Digital conversion. They do not support Digital to Analog.

Thank you. It just seemed counter intuitive to sleep the unit (to save power), but source current out of a digital pin.

My mistake, thank you.

Oh and as a Digital IO state, it does retain the last value received before it cycles to a sleep state.
