after switching from S2 to S6B XBees for higher datarate, i wonder if i could also build a star network with them, just like i did with the S2. I have 3 sending XBees and 1 recieving. Is it right, that Ad-Hoc mode and Soft-AP mode both only support point to point networks with 2 XBees? Where is the benefit of Soft-AP than?
I don’t really have space for a external router in my application.
fyi: I am sending sensor data from a rotating wind turbine blade into the (non rotating) tower.
