Can we take a sensor input through API mode in xbee and recieve on a Coordinater which is configured in API mode

That would depend. If the sensor is an analog sensor and is connected to an analog input then I don’t see why not. If the sensor is connected to the UART, as long as that sensor understands the Digi XBee API and talks with that API then again no problem.
