Can xbee discovery function discover 100 devices

Hi

Presently we are functioning Digi Xbee3 micro module Digimesh 2.4 Firmware version: 300B. In coordinator we are making use of xbee. Discovery to find out each and every end device/diode. We are designing to apply 100 device.
Question is this is it possible to discover find out entire 100 devices by discovery function? Or can it find out the device even if it’s in 10 hops? If your answer is yes then what will be its time period for this task?
