Can XBee Pro S1 receive during Tx retry interval?

  1. If a unicast message is transmitted from Device A to Device B with an RR (retry) setting > 0, we are observing that the device waits for 200ms before retrying at the Digi level. During this time interval, can Device A receive a message (other than the ACK from Device B) from Device C?

  2. Can the RR value in a device be changed between successive transmissions without restarting the network?
