Xbee RR - Retries not working.

Hi, im set RR option to “3” retries on Xbee 3 (802.15.4 mode) latest firmware , but retries not working, There is no retrying.
The purpose of the test is: I release the packet, turn off the second xbee and turn it on - the packet does not arrive. (all in approx. 1-2 sec)

Are you sending Unicast or the default broadcast packets?

Note that the Application retries does not function on a broadcast packet. Also note that this occurs much faster than you can do in a 1 second or 2 second time frame. This occurs within a 100ms or less time frame.
