Communication between Xbee 801.15.4 and Xbeegateway

Is it possible to establish communication between Xbee Gateway and Xbee 802.15.4 gateway .

The Gateway has Digi XBee® ZB SMT (S2C) chipset onboard.
Please help .

Over the air, not that I am aware of. They use two different protocols.
