Communication problem with xbee pro s3b

Hi

I have a communication problem with my xbee pro S3B

I have verified my FTDI driver setting on my computer , everythings are ok. I can see with my oscilloscope the data on pin DATA IN on the XBee but no data out a the pin DATA OUT…

The XCTU software does not recognise the xbee module

please hlp me i am a beginner …

  • Make sure COM port and Baud rate settings are correct
  • Make sure the interface board is working fine
  • Use other XBee module on the same interface board and check whether the module is working
  • Use different interface board and check whether the module is working
  • If nothing helps, reflash the module with correct Function set and Version
