Configure sarian hr4110 with netgear fvl328 vpn firewall

Hi All

I am looking into configuring a sarin 4110 (dynamic IP on 3G) to create a vpn tunnel to a netgear fvl328 vpn firewall (static External IP)

Is this possible and is there any documentation/guides on how to achieve this
