I am not able to configure this by inserting vodafone SIM and any other.
Please help me.

Can i connect this gateway through ethernet ?

Don’t send me the PDF link of connect port because it is not sufficient.

Actually i am getting IP of mobile but it is not getting connected to iDigi cloud for further process.

Please any body help for this.

Yes, you can connect the gateway through ethernet.

Refer the following Kbase article, http://www.digi.com/support/kbase/kbaseresultdetl?id=3186 and follow the steps given.

Make sure the network settings on device is proper.
