Countries name with Long Range 900 MHz OEM RF Module what does it means it only works in these countries

hi I want to purchase the Long Range 900 MHz OEM RF Module and kit
but I am a little bit confused about which country module should I buy for Pakistan
here list showed on your website with countries name (Digi XBee-PRO 900HP DigiMesh Kit (US/Canada/North America/Australia/Brazil/Singapore)
which one is suitable for my country Pakistan

900 MHz is not allowed in Pakistan. It is your cellular band and as such, is not something that you can use there.
