i have a very bid probelm,i want to send and receive data comming from xbee module connected by a serial port with a pic using this python module attached above(xbeeserialmod.py).so howa ia can send an d receive data using this module or any other recommended module.

Which Digi products do you have? Are you running python on one of our ConnectPort X products? What is associated to it?
i’m running python client code on ConnectPortX gateway attached above,and xbee module transceiver series 2 connected or is receiving UART data fro pic via serial port. i want to get a python module to be run on gateway to be able to receive and send data to my board contaning the xbee transceiver and pic
please help
