Data response not displayed in XCTU terminal

I’m have a xbee module connected to the PC(via an explorer) and another one connected on a PCB that is controlled by a microcotroller.
When I send data from XBee connected to the PC, this data is shown in the terminal. But the data that is being received is NOT displayed in this terminal.

I’m sure that second Xbee is sending data back. I’ve checked that with a oscilloscope and everything works fine.

What can I do about it?

Can you be more specific about your micro controller ? for exemple I use arduino with official Xbee shield and there is a jumper to select the serial output cause you can just communicate with the terminal or with the Xbee and the Xbee will receive but can’t send

Also check the ATSL and ATSH of the other one.
