Differences between XBIB-R and the XBIB-R-DEV boards.

Hello,
I have to try to recover an Xbee R232 adapter after updating the firmware and I was told to do it using an interface board. I found two of these boards: XBIB-R and XBIB-R-DEV, but I don’t know what is the differences between them or if one is more suitable to the other.
What are the main differences between the two boards?

The X-BIB-R-DEV has extra switches and LEDs, so they are slightly different.
