Our environment has DIGI CM 16 devices across 9 sites.
We use them to manage Cisco and Juniper devices. From time to time the console manager will hang, and the only recovery is for someone to toggle the power switch. However, we cannot toggle the power at unmanned sites.
When this happens we can ping the device, but it does not respond to telnet, http, serial or snmp.
They are all running FW v1.9.5
