Hello,
I have a Digi Connect ME device connected to another embedded device with serial port. the problem is that TCP connection seems to fall down sometimes. Also, the device doesn’t reply to ping everytime.
Firmware version of device is 2.8.2. Is it possible to update firmware of the digi connnect ME? how can I do that? what’s the latest firmware version? The serial settings will be lost after the firmware update?

Not sure what you mean by 2.8.2, but assuming your module is -s and runns plug-and-play firmware. you can find latest firmware here:

under firmware - for os select plug and play.
