Hello:

Does the Digi trasport support the following:

  1. USB over IP similar to Realport with the serial 0?
  2. USB to TCP/Socket conversion similar tot he ASY n server function?

No and no. Nice and simple. You would connect an Anywhere USB device if you needed this functionality.

What USB device do you want to connect?

That is a pity.
the USB anywhere, while a great product for server rooms, does not support the following:

  1. Industrial environments specs,
  2. Built in advanced network encryption like IPSec, Openvpn, L2TP etc…,
  3. Lack QoS abilities.

Putting this functionality into the Transports woud be fantastic!
