Digi XBee 3 Global LTE-M/NB-IoT, GNSS

I’m trying to get the GNSS data out of the Digi XBee 3 Global LTE-M/NB-IoT GNSS device. Using the GP command and GNSS command requests, I only get errors returned. I am looking for documentation and help on how to get GPS data.

Hello, i have the same problem using the same device; all work fine except GNSS; I use the ATGP command through the terminal console but I always get ERROR after 2 minutes. The GO parameter is set to 0.
Any help? Is there a way to debug GNSS?
Thank you

The message Error means that you are not able to get the minimum number of satellites to be seen.

https://www.digi.com/resources/documentation/digidocs/90002420/default.htm#reference/r_cmd_gp.htm

There are at least 30 satellites available from various constellations.

I discovered that using the GNSS API frame 0x3D instead of the AT command ATGP all works fine.

But ATGP still does not work.

Make sure you are on the most current firmware and that you are powering the module from a proper power source.
