http://www.rabbit.com/support/bb/messages/14/11217.html?1115065094 referred to a crash, but that bulletin board was closed, so I’ve added the solution here in case anyone else runs into it.
It turns out the problem is caused by the smart heap library,
and there a description of a workaround here:
