Dynamic C and the OP7100

Is there a way for the Dynamic C 9.21 to target a Zilog Z180 chip on the OP7100 instead of using the Dynamic C 32 6.30? I like Dynamic C 9.21 much better since it offers colored editing which makes things more simpler when you have a large amount of source code.

No, there is no way. The DC 9 and 10 compilers are for Rabbit processors only, they will not support Zilog processors of any kind.

For editing you may want to try notepad-plus, doesn’t exactly solve your problem here however notepad-plus has some features you may like.

Open both notepad-plus and Dynamic C at the same time, edit as many files you want w/notepad-plus then switch to Dynamic C and upload.

Works a treat…
